Day 109 - Wooden Shoe Tulip Festival
My pal Lisa introduced me to the Woodburn Wooden Shoe Tulip Festival. I've lived in Portland for a little over 6 years, and this is the first time that I have ever been. This is something that should never be missed! We had so much fun and took TONS of pictures! These are just some of the shots that I snapped ;)
